The services provided are advisory and consultative in nature, focused on intellectual property strategy, brand protection, and startup guidance. All prices listed on the site are in USD for reference only. Domestic settlements within Zambia are payable in ZMW at the prevailing Bank of Zambia exchange rate at the time of payment. A booking is only confirmed after payment has been received and verified.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. No-shows are treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for refund.
Information shared during advisory sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. However, this does not create an attorney-client privilege. Please do not share information you consider legally sensitive without first consulting qualified legal counsel.
Kewhyeni Nakamba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information or advice provided during sessions. All decisions based on advisory sessions are made at your own risk.
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Kewhyeni Nakamba unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
