/ Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

A few things people commonly want to know before booking. Don't see your question? Reach out directly.

01Is this legal advice?

+

No. The services provided are strategic intellectual property advisory and do not constitute legal advice or the practice of law. Where formal filings, litigation, or jurisdiction-specific legal representation are required, I coordinate with qualified attorneys in the relevant jurisdiction.

02How are your prices listed and how do I pay?

+

All prices are listed in USD for reference purposes. Domestic settlements are payable in ZMW at the prevailing Bank of Zambia exchange rate on the booking page. Payment is currently supported via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. Proof of payment is uploaded on the booking page after you submit your booking.

03What happens after I pay?

+

Once your proof of payment is received, I review it within one working day. After confirmation, you'll receive a meeting link by email at the time you requested (or the alternate slot if your preferred time isn't available).

04How long until I get my meeting link?

+

In most cases, you'll have a confirmed meeting link within 24 hours of submitting proof of payment. If anything is unclear about your booking, I'll reach out before confirming.

05Can I reschedule or cancel?

+

Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, sessions can be rescheduled at my discretion rather than refunded.

06Do you only work with Zambian clients?

+

No. I work with founders, creators, and small businesses across Africa and the diaspora. Sessions are held online so location isn't a constraint.

07What information do you collect about me?

+

Only what's necessary to manage your booking and follow up: name, email, phone, optional company/notes, your preferred meeting time, and proof of payment. Details are in the Privacy & Data-Use Notice.

08Can you help with trademark or copyright filings directly?

+

I advise on strategy, structure, and readiness for filings: what to file, where, in what order, and what risks to consider. Actual filing with the registry is coordinated with a qualified attorney.
